Problem(Abstract)
Settings set in rz.ini are not picked up by agent instance.
Cause
This has been identified as a product defect under APAR IV35800
Resolving the problem
"Setting environment variables" section of Oracle Database Extended agent user guide gives incorrect information. If environment variables are needed to be modified install_dir/config/rz_<instance>.config must be edited.
