Question
Why the FTP user is not correct and he cannot enter he userid?
Cause
When SRVMS1, SRVMS2 SRVMS3 are not reported in the parmlib TOM, the prompt of the user FTP is not correct and the user can not enter the "userid".

Please upgrade fix pack: 4.3.0.4-Other-software-Sterling.Connect.Express-zOS-FP0004
and interim fix: 4.3.0.4-Other-software-Sterling.Connect.Express-zOS-IFP130100
