Question

Why does 'Unavailable' display for the Job Name or Job ID in a Statistics report?

Answer

Here are three possible reasons why the Job Name or Job ID might be 'Unavailable' in a Statistics report.

• Your node was the SNODE. This is working as designed.
• A submit within a process displays 'Unavailable' on the PNODE. This is working as designed.
• You have mixed code from a pre-5.0 release. Take steps to insure all code is from the correct release.
