Question
We have configured SMTP through the Collaboration and Deployment Services(C&DS) setup and have enabled notifications to be sent when jobs complete successfully. We see that our jobs complete successfully. However, no emails are being received by our end users.
Answer
Ensure that the email relay server is setup to accept notifications from C&DS.
