When opening a form data document from the Case Information Widget in Case Manager Client, Unable to load /CaseForms/ibmForm status:500 (CDEWG5420E) error is generated.
The user will see the following error message when they try to load a form in the Case Widget.
AIX 6.1 with ICM 5.1 and Forms 8.0
Resolving the problem
To resolve this issue, 2 things needed to be done.
1) The file /etc/PureEdge/API 8.0/prefs/prefs.config file needed its permission altered so that the WAS user could access it.
2) In reviewing the prefs.config file entries, the javaPath was pointing to the wrong JVM. The javaPath needs to point to the JVM being used by the WAS container the API is loaded with.
