Question
In AEL portlet it is possible to change the action to perform when you double-click an event in the
AEL (Personalize -> General Settings -> Event list double-click action). How do I change the action for AEL that is opened through URL?
Answer
You can add a string "eventlistdoubleclickaction=YOUR_DESIRED_TOOL" in the URL. For example, if you'd like to Acknowledge by double-clicking the event, the URL would be:
http://hostname:16310/ibm/console/webtop/AELView/?filtertype=global&filtername=Default&viewname=Default&eventlistdoubleclickaction=acknowledge
