Increasing the Task List size in the My Performance and My Team Performance reports for WebSphere Lombardi Edition (WLE)

A feature was added to the product to make the My Performance and My Team Performance reports load faster in a web browser. This change added pagination to the "Task List" table is displayed under the performance tracking charts. Because this task list only returns twenty results per page, it is more difficult for you to use the "CTRL+F" feature of the web browser to search for a specific task, user, or due date.

To increase the number of tasks that are displayed per page, complete the following steps:

1. Open the "Process Portal (TWP)" snapshot in the authoring environment.
   
   
2. Open the "PM Process Analysis" report.
   
   
3. Click the Pages tab.
   
   
4. In the "My Task List" and/or "Team Task List" pages, search for the following line:
   var maxRecords = 20;
   
   
5. Change the value of this variable to the number of tasks that you want to display on each page.

Warning: This feature was added to the product to assist with the query times of this Task List. Increasing this variable to a higher value might result in your My Performance and/or My Team Performance pages loading slower.
