Problem(Abstract)
User is unable to create a new content store or upgrade it to Cognos BI 10.2 by introducing a copy of the old content store against the new environment.
Symptom
CM-CFG-5043 Column information is not available for the content
store column CMDATA.DATASIZE associated with property 'dataSize'
Cause
Sybase 15.0.3 was only running on ESD#3
Environment
Only with Cognos BI 10.2
and
Sybase 15.0.3 ESD3 running on Solaris x86
Problem was not reproducable if Sybase was running on different Systems.
Diagnosing the problem
Cognos Service will not start properly with:
CM-CFG-5063 A Content Manager configuration error was
detected while connecting to the content store. CM-CFG-5040 Content
Manager cannot load object class definitions from the content store.
Cause: CM-CFG-5043 Column information is not available for the content
store column CMDATA.DATASIZE associated with property 'dataSize'.

Resolving the problem
Upgrade Sybase to Version 15.0.3 ESD#4
or a higher base Version like 15.5 / 15.7
