Problem
Configuration with two servers. No problem to start the server 1 but errors occur with the server 2.
Server 1 -> Content Manager (actif) + Application Tier + Gateway
Server 2 -> Content Manager (standby) + Application Tier + Gateway

Linux - Oracle Content Store
Resolving The Problem
Stop Cognos and Oracle. Increase the Oracle parameter processes.
With the new value 200, the Cognos startup problem has been solved.
