Problem

PGP Unpackage Service can an throw error on CmdLine2Thread "Expected file to collect does not exist", even if the file exists.

Symptom

Following upgrade to SI 5.2.4, the PGP Unpackage Service throws error on CmdLine2Thread "Expected file to collect does not exist" even though the file is present in the specified directory.

Exception in CmdLine2Thread
Expected file to collect does not exist: C:\Windows\Temp\MyFile.txt.pgp.asc

Cause

Incorrect PGP Server Profile configuration

Resolving The Problem

This error can be thrown also for different reason than a file not found, like wrong keys used or other setup errors. From the Administration Menu, select Trading Partner > PGP > PGP Server Manager. Review and correct the installation path information defined in the relevant PGP Server Profile parameters.
