The IBM Cognos Insight Standard Edtion 10.2 Fix Pack 1 updater can only be installed on a computer that has Cognos Insight Standard Edition 10.2 installed.

Resolving the problem

You can not install the Cognos Insight Standard Edition 10.2 Fix Pack 1 updater on a computer that does not have Cognos Insight Standard Edition 10.2 installed.

If you have downloaded and installed Cognos Insight 10.2 from an IBM Cognos TM1, IBM Cognos Business Intelligence, or IBM Cognos Express server, return to that server to download and install the updated version of Cognos Insight to your computer, once your administrator has made it available.
