Question

How do you set the OMROOT variable in IBM Rational Rhapsody using IBM Rational Rhapsody CL utility?

Cause

Objective is to change the value of OMROOT variable for collaborative development

Answer

The OMROOT variable can be manipulated from the Rational Rhapsody command line using the command:

RhapsodyCL -cmd=setomroot %path_name%

Note: In order to have the above switch take precedence in the Rhapsody environment, it is necessary to remove any existing value of the variable OMROOT in the rhapsody.ini file
