Problem
You have a tablet with an ARM processor running Windows 8 RT. Can IBM SPSS Statistics release 21 be installed on this system ?

Resolving The Problem
Technically on ARM processor you can only run applications that were written for Windows Runtime (WinRT). Statistics 21 is not written for Windows Runtime.
Statistics 21 exe installer file can be installed on Windows 8 x86 based processors tablets but not on ARM (RT) tablets.
