Problem(Abstract)

A handled alert for a Connect:Direct node is not visible in Handled Alerts Monitor for all Connect:Direct servers

The alert shows up within engine log as being handled.

Cause

The node type was set to unknown.
The node type would need to be set to CD.

Resolving the problem

When you open the Handled Alerts Monitor for all Connect:Direct servers, the monitor only list alerts that have a node type set to CD.

Please open the Handled Alerts Monitor for all servers via the tool bar Monitor > Handled Alerts option to look for the alert.

If you see the alert there, please check the node type.

Correct the node type to CD in case it is a Connect:Direct node to make alerts visible within Handled Alert Monitor for all Connect:Direct servers.
