Batch report print executions fail with the error below:

RST-DST-0018 The print request failed. Verify the version of the print processor on the application server.

Resolving the problem

On all Cognos application servers, open Adobe Acrobat Reader and click 'EDIT >
PREFERENCES > GENERAL' and uncheck 'Enable Protected Mode at startup'
(at the bottom of preference page)
