When you import extension mapping documents by using a file in a CSV format and in Shift_JIS encoding, the extension mapping documents are corrupted.
Only UTF-8 encoding is supported.
Corruption of extension mapping documents occurs in any operating system and with any locale.
Resolving the problem
Convert the CSV import file from Shift_JIS encoding to UTF-8 encoding, and then re-import.
