Inconsistencies found between execution records
Previous Results from a Test Suite Execution Record lists the same test case executed multiple times when using IBM Rational Quality Manager (RQM).
Multiple test case executions in test suite.
One possible cause for this problem is that a command line adapter (CLA) script is executed from a test case and the command line adapter associated with the test script is running multiple times.
This issue was reported with the command line adapter running on RHEL 5.3
Diagnosing the problem
- On UNIX run ps aux | grep adapter and look for multiple PIDs running for the same adapter.
- On Microsoft Windows, use the Task Manager to list processes or use a utility such as Windows Sysinterals Process Explorer.

Resolving the problem
Kill any additional process to ensure the command line adapter instance is only running once.
