Problem(Abstract)
Attempts to playback an IBM Rational Performance Tester (RPT) test against SAP result in Exception: the method got an invalid argument.
Symptom
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Record a test against SAP transaction VA01 (sales order).
- Fill out the fields.
- Save and close the transaction.
- Start the test run with option Hide GUI.
- Observe the error.
When you run the test with the Hide GUI option, you get this error message. With option Show GUI the test runs error free.
Cause
This issue has been identified as a product defect and is logged under APAR PM80656.
Resolving the problem
No workaround is available.
