URN:ANONOUTINOP IS INCORRECTLY SENT AS THE SOAP ACTION FROM A JAX-WS APPLICATION(WebSphere Application Server Community Edition 2.1.1.6)

Troubleshooting

Problem

A "Server did not recognize the value of HTTP Header SOAPAction urn:anonOutInOp" error occures while using JAX-WS. A JAX-WS application sends an invalid HTTP SOAPAction header to the web service. The web service may respond with a SOAPFault or other error. The JAX-WS runtime may incorrectly send one of the following incorrect values: urn:anonOutInOp urn:anonOutonlyOp urn:anonRobustOp This is more likely to occur if the Action attribute is not specified in the WSDL binding operation element.
