Problem(Abstract)
Attempts to launch IBM RationalTest Real Time (RTRT) help from Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5.0 results in the error "unable to run command".
Symptom
Try to launch help from RTRT GUI menu leads to the following error from Mozilla:File:///opt/IBM/TestrealTime/doc/rtrt-ug/index.htm unable to run the command
Cause
Path to the index.html file is incorrect.
Resolving the problem
Procedure:
- Click Edit > Preference > General > Help from the RTRT menu
- Replace Mozilla % with the path to the index.htm file
