Problem(Abstract)

Using the WebSphere Agent v7.2 GA you may need to carefully invoke the MustGather tool "cyn_collector" before uploading the result to IBM Customer Support.

Resolving the problem

By invoking the script without parameters:

<DCHOME>/itcamdc/bin/cyn_collector.sh

you will obtain just a basic environmental collection, without traces.

In order to include the DC and servers traces you have two options:

1) <DCHOME>/itcamdc/bin/cyn_collector.sh -a

The traces from all the configured application servers will be collected, including DC and WebSphere logs

2) <DCHOME>/itcamdc/bin/cyn_collector.sh -s <servername>
(e.g. <DCHOME>/itcamdc/bin/cyn_collector.sh -s server1)

The traces from the specified application server only will be collected, including DC and WebSphere logs.
