Symptom
Navigation to the webpage was canceled when viewing information from help
Cause
This help file does not have proper access to open by itself.
Environment
Windows 2008
Resolving the problem
- Go to GENSRVNT\bin directory.
- Open each .chm file one at a time.
- If a security warning appears make sure you uncheck "Always ask before opening this kind of file check box"
- Click OK
- Repeat for all .chm files inside the GENSRVNT\bin directory
