Problem(Abstract)

What will cause a custodian to receive the "Recipient need not submit any response" message when responding to a hold with interview notice?

Cause

The custodian was removed from the People in Scope for the associated request. This typically occurs when a custodian is released from the hold.

Resolving the problem

If the custodian was released from the hold in error, you will need to re-add the person to the hold with interview notice. The best way to accomplish this is to edit the recipients of the hold with interview notice directly. From the Employees tab in the Resource Chooser, search for the person again. Select the person and then click the Add button to add the person as a recipient. Save the changes. This will trigger the hold with interview notice to be sent again to the custodian.
