Problem(Abstract)
Branches in the navigation pane are grayed out while the braches underneath are black.
Cause
The issue could be caused when an agent is down and a fixpack for that type of agent is applied to the environment. The agent is then started and the mismatch occurs.
Resolving the problem
The problem occurs where there is a mismatch between the state of the agent with the TEMS and what is presented to the TEPS. A restart of the of the TEMS and the TEPS will correct the issue.
If any tracing is needed, this is the tracing to setup in the TEPS cq.ini or kfwenv file:
