The backup process of installing Impact 6.1 failed and causes the whole installation to stop.
When doing a fresh installation of Impact 6.1, the installation fails during the backup process. The error messages seen in Impact 22.214.171.124_install-00.log is as follows:

It seems like XCOPY has limitation with long path names.
Resolving the problem
The solution was to simply select a backup path with shorter folder name.
