Accessing TIP's Websphere Administration Console directly

Is it possible to connect directly to the Websphere Administration Console without going through the Tivoli Integrated Portal console?

Answer

Yes. To access the Websphere Administration Console directly, change the port in the TIP login URL to the correct port for the Websphere Administration Console. The correct port can be obtained from the <TIP HOME>/properties/TIPPortDef.properties file. Review the line containing the string "WC_adminhost_secure". For example:
