Problem(Abstract)
I have Sentinel RMS Manager installed on Server 2008 R2. I am trying to start the Sentinel RMs Services but it started for a few second then it stopped. My wlmadmin giving showing no license. I am getting error app name:lservnt.exe not starting.
How can I start my SLM services?
Resolving the problem
This behavior happened when you are having more than one Sentinel running on the server. Please check in Services and verify make sure you don't have any other Sentinel running especially Statistics older Sentinel Manager. It can be under difference name such as SPSSSentinel LM.
If you find one then, just stopped the services or disable it. This should allow you to start the new Sentinel RMS Manager services.
