Symptom
Unable to create a new XML template to proceed with publishing of Reports using Rational System Architect Publisher
Cause
Inappropriate permissions in the Templates folder of the Rational System Architect Installation Directory
Resolving the problem
In order to resolve the issue ensure that you have Write permissions to the Rational System Architect Installation Directory:
<Installation Directory>:\System Architect Suite\SA Publisher\Templates
