Question

Why is the error rc=8 fdbk=24 msgid=XSQF009I stext=Sys call open() failed issued during a file transfer

Cause

The Connect:Direct user has run out of file descriptors.

Answer

Please increase the configuration paramater open files limits for Connect:Direct (ulimit -n)
