Exchange mail servers: Emails flagged in Connections Mail do not appear in Outlook/OWA's Flagged Items and Tasks
When a user flags an email in Connections Mail, it does not appear in Outlook or OWA's Flagged Items and Tasks, even if the email shows as flagged in the Outlook/OWA listing view.

Resolving the problem
To show the email in Flagged Items and Tasks in Outlook or OWA, unflag the email, then flag the email in Outlook or OWA instead of Connections Mail.
