Technote (FAQ)

Question

Which permissions are required to run QueueWatcher and QWW/QWA ?

Answer

The User of Queue Watcher and QWW/QWA must be a super user or belong to a super user group. As there is no permissions check against individual queueWatcher request type they must all be performed under a super user.

Note:
An Enhancement request has been accepted in the past. In a future release (no date time frame is set yet) of Sterling B2B Integrator it should be possible to reduce the rights from the QWW/QWA user without losing the functionalities.
