Problem(Abstract)
After the Operational Console was successfully installed and invoked, all Operations Console panes come back empty and display the generic error message below:
Sorry, an error occurred
Cause
The SQL Server collation was configured to be case sensitive.
Environment
Windows using SQL Server database.
Resolving the problem
When using SQL Server for the Operational Database (ODB), a case-insensitive collation sequence needs to be set, such as SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS. It is not possible to have the ODB database added to XMETA since a case sensitive collation is required.
