Technote (troubleshooting)
Problem
Receive WCM seedlist error after migration and applying latest portal/WCM CF. Despite the error the WCM seedlist works fine.
Symptom
SystemOut.log file shows following error
[11/5/12 11:57:16:260 CST] 0000006e Janitor E TS0170E: Error during seedlist resource cleanup.
com.ibm.icm.ts.tss.ls.DatabaseException: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Invalid column name 'SUBSCRIBERID'.
Cause
This issue is found only with one customer who is using DB2 AS/400 V5R4. May be found when using other databases as well. We are working on an ifix that is common for all DB2 AS/400 databases.
Resolving the problem
Alter the below column names in table ICMSTJCRTSINCSUBSMSGS
- JCRSUBSCRIPTIONID alter to SUBSCRIBERID
- TOPICNAME alter to TOPIC
