Problem(Abstract)
How do you modify an incorrect distribution list for a situation?
Symptom
Agents trigger an MS_Offline alert when they failed over to the backup RTEMS even though they were still connected and the agent was responding.
Cause
MS_OFFLINE situation distributed to endpoints other than *HUB
Diagnosing the problem
A "tacmd viewSit -s MS_OFFLINE" command will show the distribution list
Resolving the problem
To modify the distribution list, perform the following steps:
1) Issue the tacmd bulkExportSit -n MS_Offline -d command
2) Manually modify the distribution list in the situation's xml
3) Issue the tacmd bulkImportSit -d command
