Problem

Sterling Selling and Fulfilment Suite 9.1 Webservice deployed on Jboss 5.1 GA needs extra jars for webservice to run.

Symptom

When webservices are enabled for Sterling Selling and Fulfillment Suite (SSFS) 9.1, SOAP webservice requests not returning response for on Jboss 5.1 GA release.

Cause

This is an known issue in Jboss 5.1 running on Java 6.

Jboss running on Java 6

Resolving The Problem

Copy the following libraries from the JBOSS_HOME/client directory to the JBOSS_HOME/lib/endorsed directory, so that the JAX-WS 2.0 apis supported by JBossWS are used:

jbossws-native-saaj.jar
jbossws-native-jaxrpc.jar
jbossws-native-jaxws.jar
jbossws-native-jaxws-ext.jar
