Abstract

The Standardization Rules Designer service uses WAS (WebSphere Application Server) JDBC (Java Database Connectivity) data sources for querying and updating the Standardization Rules Designer repository. Instructions are contained in this document.

Instructions for creating and configuring WAS JDBC data sources are as follows:

1. Before configuring data sources, you must create authentication data for connection credentials. See the following document for detailed instructions for creating authentication data:

2. When authentication data creation is complete, you configure data sources for the database that hosts the Standardization Rules Designer repository. Select the appropriate document below for detailed instructions for creating the required data sources:
