Forward Fits & defects for initial V510 release

1. Unable to select first row in Enhanced 3270 UI workspace
  KIPLLKS.
2. Enhanced 3270 UI workspace, KIPCMD, does not issue error
  message if agent is down.
3. Selecting any IMS region with a Monitor Status of
  Restart-Needed results in 3270 session hang.
4. Some elapsed time values in Enhanced 3270 UI workspace,
  KIPDEPD, are not formatted correctly.
5. Enhanced 3270 UI workspace, KIPIMSD, is not displaying the
  date in the IMS Restart Time UTC column.
6. Incorrect rows on LTERM displays in the TEP, Enhanced 3270
  UI workspace, KIPLTMS, and classic TRMx commands.
7. Enhanced 3270 UI workspaces, KOBSTART and KIPMONS may be
  empty.
8. Enhanced 3270 UI workspace, KIPDEPD, may show invalid DLI
  call information and also in the TEP call detail workspace.
9. VSAM/OSAM Activity TEP workspace may show an invalid EXCP
  rate and count when the database is restarted.
10.TRF was not honoring the BMP=OFF setting.

Problem conclusion

• 1. Added an AND clause to the SQL statement.
  2. The WHENDATA and WHENNODATA clauses were removed.
  3. Issue a popup message saying no options are allowed.
  4. Correct format is now used to display elapsed time.
  5. The Enhanced 3270 UI workspace, KIPIMSD, was changed to
    show both Restart Time and Date UTC values.
  6. The LTERM collection code was corrected to skip remote
    LTERMs.
  7. The IMS agent was corrected to return IMS rows when data
    sharing and shared queues are not being used.
  8. The DLI Call collector was corrected to ensure a valid
    database PCB exists.
  9. The EXCP Rate and Count has been corrected.
  10.Updated ITRF command parsing and TRF hook to support
    BMP=OFF.
