Problem(Abstract)
Attempts to change the attribute matrix value present in a view in IBM Rational RequisitePro takes long time when tried from the client machine.
Symptom
Logging into Rational RequisitePro client or changing any attribute state in a view
takes about 25 to 30 seconds.

Resolving the problem
To resolve this issue, copy or move the Rational RequisitePro project folder to the server where Rational RequisitePro projects are located.
