Problem
'Failed to receive response over socket'error when running a macro in Cognos Connection after an environment migration.
Cause
No entry in Access Rights or Possibly Scheduler Credentials
Resolving The Problem
Add the User group to the Access Rights in the Contributor Admin Console and allow access to the macro to be run in Cognos Connection.
