Problem(Abstract)
You install the OS agent for ITM 6.2.2 fixpack 2 on Win 2008 EE and you can see all the agent attributes (disk,cpu etc.. ) but cannot see "enterprise services".
Resolving the problem
Install IIS Admin service (for the compatibility with IIS 6.0). Refer to the Microsoft support page for information regarding the IISADMIN Service.
