Question
In an ISDM dual node HA environment, when a custom workflow is installed on the primary TSAM node (TivSAM_image), it is not copied to the backup TSAM node (TivSAM_HA_image). How do I correct this situation?
Answer
Since the custom workflow is not stored on the RAW disk shared by the primary
and backup TSAM nodes, the workflow (or automation package) must be installed twice, once on the
primary TSAM node and again on the backup TSAM node.
