Question
Can FastBack Reporting be used by users other than the user who installed it?
Cause
Tivoli Common Reporting (TCR) does not create shortcuts for users other than the user who installed it.
Answer
By default, TCR does not create shortcuts for additional users.
To address this, either login as the user who installed TCR and manually copy the Program Group to other user's Start Menus. Or, if the user has access to the FastBack Manager, they can launch the reporting tool by starting FastBack Manager, logging in, and either:
1. Press Ctrl +P
2. Or, from the Menu Bar, selecting Tools > Launch Tivoli Common Report"
