Question
How do I increase the temp space for an Identity Insight Installation?
Cause
Identity Insight installations may run out of temp space during the installation process. Users may want to increase temp space before installing so temp space is not depleted during the installation.
Answer
In general, it is recommended that you have at least 2 GB for your TEMP space before starting the Identity Insight installation. To increase temp space, you can set a temporary directory using an environment variable:
export IATEMPDIR=<newlocation>
Restart the installation process after setting the environment variable.
