Why do the "Stereotype <message> from UML migration profile has been applied to ..." and "Stereotype <comment> from UML migration profile has been applied to ..." messages appear in the Migration Report after you upgrade from IBM Rational Software Architect v7.5.x to v8.5?
The warnings are generated because some of the system profiles are being migrated.
The stereotypes listed in the Migration Report contain some information from older versions of the meta-model that are no longer valid in the higher Rational Software Architect version.
The warning messages are meant for information only.
The UML2 profile will be applied during the migration, when you use the later Rational Software Architect version.
No further action is required from you.
