Question
I want to display the “SENDFROM” in the Communication Log. After editing and importing the library.xml file into the application designer, it is not showed in the Communication Log.
Answer
You edited the library.xml to add "SENDFROM" in the Communication Logs section, and imported the XML file into the Application Designer application. However, after you log out and log back in to Maximo, the "SENDFROM" is not displayed on the screen.
You need to restart Maximo after the library.xml imported. This makes the "SENDFROM" attribute to be displayed in the Communication Log.
