Unable to start TNSQM due to error WSVR0009E
Symptom
Found the following error message in native_stdout.log:
WSVR0009E: Error occurred during startup
com.ibm.ws.exception.ConfigurationError: com.ibm.ws.exception.ConfigurationError: com.ibm.ejs.ras.RasException: Ras does not have necessary permission to write file SystemOut.log to directory /appl/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/isc/logs/server1/SystemOut.log
Cause
Wrong file permission probably caused by a previous system start by root user.
Diagnosing the problem
Please check the permission of the mentioned file and make sure it belongs to user "saserver".
Resolving the problem
You will have to change the ownership of the file back to user "saserver" before attempting to start the system.
