Problem(Abstract)

Attempt to send a file via OFTP in IP Mode using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator 5.1 results in the error:

Symptom

The Message that should be send to the TP is stuck in LOCKED mode in OFTP_OBJECT table.
The entry has Status=SCHEDULED and OBJECT_LOCK=L


Cause

The root cause of this problem is the missing transition for Status WF_DATA_CF and Event F_ABORT_IND in protocol engine USERMON_OFTP_IP.

Resolving the problem

This issue is resolved by applying SI 5.1 patch 5104.
