Return label not being populated in SOM.

Resolving the problem

Configurations required for a carrier to return a label for reprint return label

1. Item should be configured as returnable.
Catalog Management > Product > Item > Returnable - Select Yes.

2. The carrier should be configured for the return shipping label.
Application Management > Participant Modeling > Participant Setup > Organisation > Roles and Participation > Carrier Attributes > Parcel Services > Supports Integration for Return Shipping Label - Check this flag.
