Question
How to uninstall the Server Protection for Windows agent ?
Answer
Run the following command from a command prompt on a server to disable agent protection :
C:\Program Files\[IBM] ISS\Server Protection\rapapp ?ap < password >
If you don't have a password, run the command like this :
C:\Program Files\[IBM] ISS\Server Protection\rapapp ?ap
Once you disable agent protection, run the following command from a command prompt on a server to uninstall Server Protection for Windows agent :
C:\Program Files\[IBM] ISS\Server Protection\AgentRemove.exe -full
It will generate an uninstall log and place it here :
c:\windows\AgentRemove.log
Manually remove the Server Protection for Windows agent icon from SiteProtector by right clicking on it and selecting delete.
