|Electronic problem reporting - IBM Service Request (SR)
Electronic problem reporting via IBM Service Requests and PMRs is the simplest and most efficient method to request service or support for your IBM Security QRadar software and appliances. SR allows you to submit all of the pertinent details about your problem, including logs or other diagnostic files. This should save you time and may improve problem resolution time.

Service and support for your QRadar software and appliances is provided by IBM Software Support (always select the option for Software). You will be asked to provide your IBM Customer Number (ICN) and company name to ensure you receive the support and/or service to which you are entitled.

IBM Software and Services online is available for customers to download their distributed software products acquired outside of the Passport Advantage or Passport Advantage Express programs.
To access Software and Services online, enter your existing IBM ID and password, or register for an IBM ID and password and follow the prompts for requesting access.
